What you will build
1. AI Agents for Business Functions:
You will build agents that support specific functions across the company, such as operations, sales, or leadership. These systems help prepare decisions, automate recurring tasks, and extend how teams operate day to day, so that they can focus on higher-leverage work instead of coordination and repetitive tasks.
2. AI Communication Systems:
You will build systems around calls and customer communication, including transcription, summarisation, and AI-supported interactions. This includes analysing conversations and turning unstructured inputs into structured data that can be used across the business, so that the sales team can focus on consultation and selling.
3. AI Knowledge System:
You will build a dynamic knowledge system that updates continuously based on data and workflows across the company. The challenge is to capture and retrieve the right level of context and memory without becoming noisy or outdated, and to design how teams interact with it through interfaces and feedback loops that improve output quality over time.
