Your mission

Build AI-driven workflows that run VARM

We are a technology company at heart, building the systems to run our insulation operations at scale.

From the first customer touchpoint to on-site installation, we own and operate the entire process.
The software is not just helping the business. It is designed to run the business by making decisions at scale, increasingly autonomously.

What you will build


1. AI Agents & Internal Tools:
You will build agents that support functions across the company, such as operations, sales, or leadership, preparing decisions and automating recurring tasks.You will also prototype and build end-to-end internal tools, from idea to production, to solve concrete problems across the business.

2. AI Communication Systems:
You will build systems around calls and customer communication, including transcription, summarisation, and AI-supported interactions. This includes analysing conversations and turning unstructured inputs into structured data that can be used across the business, so that the sales team can focus on consultation and selling.

3. AI Knowledge System:
You will build a dynamic knowledge system that updates continuously based on data and workflows across the company. The challenge is to capture and retrieve the right level of context and memory without becoming noisy or outdated, and to design how teams interact with it through interfaces and feedback loops that improve output quality over time.

Your profile

  • You have 2–5 years of experience in a business, product, rev ops, or data role
  • You are a builder at heart and enjoy creating things, not just analysing or coordinating
  • You have worked in areas like product, operations, business, finance, or marketing
  • You are comfortable working with tools and data, and enjoy figuring things out yourself
  • You have experimented with AI tools, APIs, or agent frameworks in your work or personal time
  • You enjoy working with processes and turning them into efficient, reliable systems
  • You are detail-oriented and analytical, and like understanding how things work end to end
  • You enjoy analysing and improving how systems make decisions, including AI-driven workflows
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and can move from idea to execution
  • You are pragmatic and hands-on. You prefer building solutions yourself over coordinating or waiting for others

  • Our company language is English. Some tasks involve working with German, so C1 level or above is a plus.

Bonus:

  • Experience working with APIs, structured data, or simple automations
  • Basic coding or scripting experience and curiosity to go deeper over time
  • Experience building with AI tools or agent frameworks in personal or professional projects
