The outcomes we expect from your role within the first year

Fix most burning topics: Collaborate directly with our CEO and leadership team setting priorities, and make progress most pressing projects
Lead High-Impact Projects: Take charge of key projects that propel VARM’s growth, coordinating seamlessly across our dedicated teams.
Streamline Communication & Processes: Serve as the crucial link between leadership and team members,ensuring clear messaging while continuously refining our workflows.

This an amazing opportunity become part of the leadership team of one of Europe’s fastest growing seed-stage start-ups. As a self-driven innovator, you’ll join the VARM leadership team and play a pivotal role in taking our growth to new heights.

Executive Support: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO by turning complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies and tracking the progress of key initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as VARM’s ambassador in internal and external meetings, embodying our values and strategic priorities while building strong relationships.
Develop Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate long-lasting, high-impact alliances that directly contribute to VARM's ambitious growth objectives.

Dein Profil

You have an elite background, whether in management consulting (ex-MBB), investment banking, VC-funded founder, a fast growing start-up / scale-up or similarly demanding environment.
You are adept at managing complex projects and are comfortable working in constantly changing environments
You possess a keen interest in sustainability and are driven by a desire to make a tangible impact on the climate-tech landscape
Proven ability to think strategically, exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex scenarios into actionable solutions
Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and proficient in English
Location: This is a Berlin-based opportunity

Warum jetzt?

Gebäude sind der größte Energieverbraucher in Europa. Sie verbrauchen 40 % unserer Energie und verursachen 36 % aller CO₂-Emissionen.
